Change is something we often dread. A simple example would be the lockdown situation itself. We were so used to the way things were that we are unable to adapt ourselves to this new normal. But what if I told you that change is actually good for our lives? Life does not get better by chance. It gets better by change so change that's for the better. It makes us refined and stronger. Even as we learn to accept change, we must also be the change wherever we are. Where do we start? We start with ourselves. Although most of the time, we think of changing the world we forget that change begins with us.
